My Journey
Before becoming a guide for breathwork, shadow integration, and embodied healing, I spent years as a pharmacist, working in a world of formulas and prescriptions. But my life shifted after a personal turning point — a herniated disc that doctors said required surgery. I refused that path and began my own healing journey, first through yoga, and then into deeper somatic, spiritual, and emotional work.
Along the way, I discovered that true healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” — it’s about meeting all parts of yourself with compassion, courage, and curiosity. Now, I help others do the same: to reconnect with their bodies, integrate their shadows, and reclaim their inner power.
